HR Assistant (f/m/d)
Part-time 15–20 hours per week | Vienna
We are a growing indoor cycling company with 5 locations in Vienna and around 100
employees. Our team is at the heart of our success, and we’re looking for a motivated,
organized, and reliable HR Assistant to support our HR Manager with day-to-day operations.
Your responsibilities:
Administrative HR support
● Maintain and manage master data and personnel files
● Administration of sick leave, vacation, and time tracking
● Prepare employment confirmations, references, contracts, and contract amendments
● Coordinating applications, interviews, and appointments
Operational support
● Assist with staff scheduling and coordinating changes and replacements
● Support internal communication
● Help organize team events and internal projects
● Contribute to HR projects and process optimizations
What matters to us:
● A very structured, accurate, and reliable way of working
● High level of self-organization and a proactive approach
● Willingness to learn and openness to working with various IT systems and tools
● Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
● Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
● Ongoing studies (e.g. HR, Business Administration, Law, or similar) or a commercial education (e.g. HAK)
● Enjoy working with people and have strong interpersonal skills
● First practical experience in an office, HR, or administrative role is an advantage
● Discretion and a strong sense of responsibility when handling sensitive data

● A minimum salary starting at €2,005.27 gross per month (full-time basis). The actual salary depends on qualifications and experience.
