We’re looking to strengthen our instructor team and are excited to announce our upcoming Auditions 2026, taking place in the first week of July 2026.
Prerequisites / Ideal Candidate Profile
- Performer Presence: A natural performer who feels confident and energized in front of a crowd.
- Musicality: Strong sense of rhythm and timing; able to count beats and phrases with ease. Solid understanding of music, choreography, and structure.
- SuperCycle Experience: Completion of 50+ SuperCycle classes to ensure a deep understanding of the format and brand experience.
- Language Skills:Fluency in English is essential.
- Fitness Level: Excellent physical condition; able to ride and lead classes effortlessly and consistently.
- Dance / Movement Background: Experience in dance, choreography, or working closely with music is highly valued.
- Mindset & Values: A genuine willingness to embody and communicate SuperCycle’s values of tolerance, openness, and inclusivity, creating a safe and welcoming environment for all riders.
- Relevant Background (Preferred): Education or experience in personal training, health science, anatomy, teaching, or related fields is a plus.
Availability
- Available to work weekends
- Eligible to work in the EU
- Committed to participating in a long-term, intensive training programme
- Available during weekdays and daytime hours for training
- Able to teach a minimum of 4 classes per week
Our in-house, one-on-one training programme begins in August and requires a high level of commitment, flexibility, and resilience.

- A demonstration of your rhythm and musicality (e.g. singing, clapping, or movement - on or off the bike)
