Content & Social Media Creator (15h/week)

Vienna | Starting immediately | 15 hours/week

We're looking for a creative and hands-on Content & Social Media Creator to bring our brand to life on Instagram and beyond. Working closely with our Marketing Lead, you'll create engaging content, organize shoots, and give our community authentic behind-the-scenes insights into the world of SuperCycle.

What you'll do:

1. Social Media & Content Creation 

• Produce photo and video content across our five studios in Vienna 
• Capture events and behind-the-scenes moments 
• Edit and produce Reels 
• Create Stories, carousels and Canva graphics 
• Design print materials for studios and events 

2. Content Planning 

• Develop creative content ideas and new formats 
• Plan, organize and coordinate content shoots 
• Brief and coordinate photographers and videographers 
• Execute the content calendar together with our Marketing Lead 

3. Community Management 

• Publish content across our social media channels (e.g. Instagram and TikTok) 
• Respond to comments and direct messages 
• Forward more complex customer inquiries to the relevant team 

4. Marketing Support 

• Support marketing campaigns and launches 
• Contribute to creative marketing projects 
• Assist with the implementation of new ideas and initiatives 

What we're looking for:

• Passion for social media and content creation 
• A strong understanding of social media audiences, current trends and visual aesthetics 
• Creativity and enthusiasm for bringing new ideas to life 
• First experience with video editing (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut) is an advantage 
• Confident using Canva 
• A structured, organized and independent way of working 
• Excellent German and English skills

As SuperCycle continues to grow, so do the demands of our day-to-day operations. We're looking for an organized, proactive and hands-on person who will help keep our five studios and office running smoothly while supporting our team wherever needed. 

Office & Studio Assistant (15/week)

Vienna | Starting immediately | 15 hours/week

You notice when something is missing, think ahead and enjoy getting things done – whether it's coordinating orders, managing logistics, organizing the office or supporting different teams across the company.

What you'll do:

1. Operations & Logistics 

• Coordinate the purchasing of office supplies, studio equipment and operational materials across our five studios 
• Monitor inventory levels, proactively plan reorders and ensure our studios and office are always fully equipped 
• Communicate with suppliers and shipping partners, obtain and compare quotes, and coordinate orders and deliveries 
• Organize the distribution of materials between our studios and manage incoming and outgoing mail and parcels 

2. Office Management 

• Prepare workstations for new team members (laptops, equipment, office supplies, etc.) 
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks and help keep the office running efficiently 
• Assist with organizing and continuously improving internal processes 

3. HR & Front of House Support 

• Provide administrative support to our HR Manager and Front of House Manager 
• Support the onboarding of new team members 
• Assist with coordinating last-minute schedule changes, sick leave and shift cover 
• Help organize team events and employee gifts 
• Support cross-functional projects and other organizational tasks 

What we're looking for:

• Excellent organizational skills and a structured way of working 
• A hands-on mindset with a practical, solution-oriented approach 
• A high level of responsibility and initiative 
• The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once 
• A valid Category B driver's license 
• Confident using Microsoft Office 
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with different teams 
• Excellent German and English skills

SuperCycle is growing – and so is our franchise network. We're looking for a proactive and people-oriented individual who will support our franchise partners, help build our franchise operations, and playan active role in the next stage of our company's growth. 

Franchise Coordinator at SuperCycle (15h/week)

Vienna | Starting immediately | 15 hours/week

This position starts at 15 hours per week an is ideal for someone looking for a part-time role with the opportunity to take on more responsibility and increase their hours as our franchise business continues to expand. 

What you'll do:

1. Franchise Development & Partner Support 

• Support prospective franchise partners throughout the journey, from initial conversations to ongoing collaboration 
• Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day operational questions from our franchise partnersand coordinate with the relevant internal teams 
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our franchise partners 

2. Documentation & Process Development 

• Create, maintain and continuously improve manuals, guides, templates and training materials 
• Build and manage our franchise documentation (e.g. SharePoint) 
• Help develop and optimize franchise processes, standards and internal documentation 

3. Communication & Organization 

• Organize and prepare meetings, workshops and training sessions 
• Create presentations and supporting materials 
• Manage and prioritize incoming requests while ensuring smooth communication between franchise partners and our headquarters 

4. Franchise Growth & New Openings 

• Support the recruitment of new franchise partners
• Assist new partners throughout the onboarding process and studio opening 
• Contribute to new franchise projects and the ongoing development of our franchise system 

What we're looking for:

• A completed university degree, ideally in Business, Management, Communications or a related field 
• Initial experience in project management or a coordination role 
• Excellent organizational skills with a structured and independent way of working 
• The ability to understand complex topics, create clear documentation and develop practicalresources 
• Excellent written communication skills in both German and English 
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional approach when working with partners 
• A proactive, reliable and responsible mindset 
• Previous franchise experience is not required – we're looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys building new processes and wants to grow with us.

STUDIO TEAM MEMBER (10-15h)

Location: Vienna, Austria Employment type: Part-time, 10–15 hours/week Start date: Immediately 

About the Role 

As a Studio Team Member at SuperCycle, you are the friendly face of our studio and the first point of contact for our clients. You help create an environment where everyone feels welcome, supported, and comfortable from the moment they walk through the door. 

You will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day experience at the studio, making sure everything is running as it should and that our spaces are clean, organised, and ready for our clients. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys taking ownership and feels personally responsible for the studio and its condition. 

Your Responsibilities 

• Welcome and assist our clients with a friendly and professional attitude 
• Be the first point of contact for questions, requests, and issues at the studio 
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive client experience 
• Make sure the studio is clean, tidy, organised, and always looking its best 
• Take ownership of the studio’s overall appearance and day-to-day condition 
• Support with opening and closing procedures 
• Assist clients with bookings, check-ins, memberships, and general questions 
• Identify problems proactively and find practical, solution-oriented ways to resolve them 
• Support the team with various operational tasks to keep the studio running smoothly 
• Communicate relevant issues and information to the wider team 

What We’re Looking For 

• Very good German and English skills – both written and spoken 
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage 
• A friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality
