The essentials.
What is it, really?
A workout in three acts: first you sweat (strength + cardio), then you dance it out (free, no steps), then you slow down and release (meditation + stillness). Expect to work hard, lose yourself in the music, and leave feeling clear and light.
Do I need to know how to dance?
No. There’s no choreography. If you can move, you can do SuperJoy.
What do I bring?
Comfortable clothing and a water bottle. The workout is done barefoot or in socks on a matted floor, we highly recommend grip socks.
Why at Club PRST?
One of the best sound systems in Europe, the perfect setting for our beat-driven, atmospheric classes. We bring the dance floor, so you’re on a matted surface, not the club floor.
How long is it?
Around 50 minutes. Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can start on time.
Can everyone do this?
Yes, you take it at your own pace. One note: the room uses dark, club-style lighting and occasional strobe, so take care if you’re sensitive to that.
How do I book?
Through the regular SuperCycle schedule and credits, no special extra credits needed.
