You can reschedule your class up until 9 hours prior to class with the link provided in your confirmation e-mail and in your account.
If you can cancel your class up until 9 hours prior to class, the credits will be back in your account for future use. If you cancel your class within the 9 hours before class the credit cannot be refunded.
In case of instructor change, we try our best to notify you in time and to find a suitable replacement, but in case of emergency we hold the right to give you the best possible replacement option.
Students need to bring a valid student I.D., members need to bring a valid I.D..
Memberships can be frozen once a year for a month. The month will be added at the end of your membership. No exceptions can be made.
The minimum age to take a class is 14 years old. If you are younger than 14 years old, you need to be accompanied by a legal guardian (parent) or present a signed parental consent form in order to be able to ride.
Anyone who is 152cm (5 feet) or below will not meet bike requirements.
SuperCycle GmbH offers an intense cardio program placing high demands on the body and circulation. The participant hereby declares to be of good health, above 16 years old and above average condition.
The participant confirms moreover not to suffer from any cardiovascular disease or similar condition interfering with physical activity. The participant has no neurological condition triggered by strobelight. We have strobe light at the studio as part of our light concept.
The participant hereby undertakes to exercise in a responsible manner and to immediately stop any participation in the fitness program offered by SuperCycle GmbH in case of a relevant change of his/her health condition.
The participant further certifies that he/she has been informed that the use of sports equipment is strictly prohibited without prior instruction and surveillance by an assigned coach.
Supercycle shall be entitled to adjust the prices for its services in line with inflationary economic developments. Price adjustments shall be based on the Consumer Price Index 2020 (VPI 2020) published by Statistik Austria. The basis for the value protection shall be the index figure published for the month in which the contract is concluded. Fluctuations in the index of less than 5% shall be disregarded. No price adjustment shall be made within the first two months following conclusion of the contract.
A price adjustment based on the VPI 2020 shall take effect 30 days after its announcement. Such adjustments will be published on the Supercycle website and communicated to customers via e-mail.
Services (credits) purchased prior to the price adjustment becoming effective shall remain valid. However, in order to continue using these credits, a corresponding surcharge to match the new price shall be required.
If the customer objects to the price adjustment, they shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract within two weeks of receiving the notification. In the event of such withdrawal, any payments already made for unused credits shall be refunded.
